A gentle spring re-opening of the Foxglove House honesty stall 🌿

After the quiet of winter, the stall is slowly coming back to life with a few small, lovely things to share:

🌿 Homegrown rosemary bunches
Perfect for cooking fresh, or hang them up at home to dry. So wonderfully fragrant.

🪺 The first quail eggs of the season
Rich, creamy, and full of goodness. Lovely for baking, delicious scrambled, or simply enjoyed as tiny fried eggs.

🍓 Strawberry plants
One wild strawberry plant available, producing tiny but incredibly flavourful berries.
Plus three more plants, ideal for pots or hanging baskets.

📚 And as always, a selection of free books to browse and take home.

Pop by if you’re passing, and keep an eye on the stall… more seasonal treats will be appearing soon.

My new Pimms Focaccia is made with an orange infused dough and filled with strawberries, strawberry jam, and fresh mint. Topped with sliced cucumber, sliced strawberries, dollops of strawberry jam, and dimpled with mint infused oil. Finished with a zesty orange glaze and fresh mint leaves
