Over the next coming days I have a few cakes going out with a buttercream finish and with this heat this can be a bit of a nightmare as buttercream can slide and melt
I will be making sure that all cakes will have been chilled prior to collection or delivery.
For anyone collecting their cakes please make sure your vehicle is as cool as possible before collecting!!
Please do not leave any cakes in a hot car longer than needed to drive back home.
Please make sure you store buttercream cakes in the fridge and take out to bring to room temperature around 20/30 mins before required, but make sure to leave away from direct heat and sunlight!!
I DO NOT take responsibility for cakes melting or damage caused with the heat from when It leaves me or arrives with you safely and in one piece.
