We had the pleasure of making a wedding cake for Mark Chantler and his beautiful bride Holly 🤍

The top is a 6 inch lemon sponge with lemon curd and frosting, decorated with white roses and pink gerberas. Followed by 60 lemon cupcakes with frosting decorated with pink and white rosettes.

Do not get me wrong, I love the hotter weather, it makes a nice change from rain and wind!

However, I do need air con 😂 my kitchen has been reading 43.7° today and I still have more baking to do 😂
