Folks im up to my eyes carb counting measuring weighing every single piece of food / drinks all for the greater good of this horrible disease but what all the work im putting in will be life changing for me . I have everything pencilled in my diary after my interview tomorrow which im also preparing for I'll be replying pronto. Thank you all can't actually wait to create your bespoke cakes back in my happy place 😊 ###x
