Saturday is here again!
Pastries are baked and ready from 10am, we’ve got some beauties this weekend;

1. Orange, Cardamom & Pistachio Danish.
Layered inside with orange polenta sponge, orange cardamom creme pat & pistachio ganache.
2. Autumn Cheesecake Danish
A layer of vanilla creme pat, then a no bake creamy cheesecake filling with autumn fruit compote
3. Squash, Ricotta & Parmesan Pain Suisse
4. Vegan Banana Caramel Cruffin
Filled with vegan tonka bean creme pat, topped with caramelised banana.

As the seasons are changing, we’re finishing up our soft serve ice cream now. But on a positive note we now have our Ugandan Mountain Vanilla plus our Salted & Malted Milk Chocolate ( which will always be my favourite! ) available by the scoop.
