Full Time Baker

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food preparation and production, with a particular emphasis on baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products that delight our customers.

Responsibilities

-Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
-Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during food preparation and production.
-Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create consistent recipes.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools.
-Maintain an organised workspace by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Experience
-Previous experience in a bakery is essential.
-Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
-Familiarity with culinary techniques related to baking and food preparation is advantageous.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
