Today we open again at the Baker’s Dozen and tomorrow we are back on Lemon Quay with Truro Farmers Market 🤗

After the very much needed January break, the only time we ever close (besides the weather of course 😄) we return to the quay! We are very much looking forward to it bringing with us all the treats, delights and of course the good old basics 🌾

Hope everyone is brushing up on their pasty making skills in time for the Pasty Competition at the St Piran's Day Market in a few weeks time! Our very own Chaz will be one of the judges and is looking forward to sampling all the entries! We'll hopefully see you before then on The Moor in Falmouth on Tuesdays and on Truro Piazza every Wednesday and Saturday! 😊

Our sourdough 🌾 so much goodness in these loaves!…

These wholesome sourdoughs use our own homegrown and stone milled flour. Our flour is harvested from the fields is cleaned and stored from here it is traditionally stone milled with nothing added and nothing taken away all the goodness remains in the loaf.

Our sourdough culture is a blend of the wholemeal and sieved and our pure farm spring water. Lovingly crafted over a 2 day process and on our market stall each Saturday…
