And I have to agree… even if I do say so myself! 😘
If I were getting married all over again, this is exactly the cake I’d choose.
Created for Gemma & Oliver’s beautiful wedding at the stunning Atlantic Hotel Cornwall last month, this three-tiered beauty was covered in smooth fondant and adorned with delicate handmade shells, soft ruffles and the prettiest touch of gold. ✨
The lovely couple first saw me at the wedding fair at Truro Cathedral and fell in love with one of my display cakes. We made a few little tweaks to personalise the design for them, and this was the result! 🤍
No two wedding cakes have to be the same. I love working with couples to take inspiration from my designs and create something completely personal to them — your perfect cake, made just for you. ✨
And with the sea stretching out beyond the windows, this cake couldn’t have been more perfect for a beautiful Cornish coastal wedding. 🌊🤍

Featuring ombré turquoise buttercream, delicate handmade sugar paste shells, biscuit “sand”, and the sweetest little couple’s beach chairs nestled behind a picket fence — every detail was designed to capture the magic of a coastal celebration.

When the weather feels anything but summer, a cake like this brings all the sunshine 🍋 . I absolutely loved creating this three-tier lemon and elderflower beauty. The combination of smooth and textured buttercream edges, adorned with homegrown elderflowers, fresh lemon slices, and sprigs of thyme, created a beautifully natural and elegant design. A bit of a different request for this beautiful lemon & elderflower cake 🍋✨

This striking 6” round cake featured an incredible 6 layers of sponge, finished with a dramatic domed top and elegant vintage-style piping chosen by the customer. Topped with a delicate buttercream rose, this truly was a skyscraper of a cake — tall, eye-catching, and impossible to miss! 💛

Tropical vibes were in full swing for this beautiful couple last month 🌺✨ and they even brought the sunshine with them!

I absolutely loved working with the marbled turquoise, vibrant pinks, and coral tones, inspired by the stunning poppies on the bride’s dress. Watching the marbled fondant come to life with every roll revealed its own unique swirl of colour and pattern.
