Last week we got some lovely walks done, Colan Woods and Fistral Beach via Huers Hut. We always feel better after being in nature, seeing the trees whooshing in the wind or the waves crashing on the rocks and all the little wonders of birds singing away, caterpillars, damsel flies and strange bugs! There was also some fantastic artwork created this weekend, who knew we had so many talented artists amongst us? 😍🎨🖼

Last week's heatwave meant we just had to get in the sea to cool off! 😎🏊‍♂️🌊 We had 2 nice trips to Porth and The Gannel. And a nature walk down around Nansledan. For those at home, the pool was ready for a cooling dip and ice lollies were on standby! This week its a different story, so we're keeping busy with some cooking, two of the lads made an amazing curry for everyone's dinner at the weekend, well done lads! 🌶🌶

Heatwave!! So it's time to get the barbie out and fill up the pool! I think everyone has had a great time this weekend! Lots of great food and time spent socialising and having fun! 🌞🍔🌭🍗🫂😎

We had some lovely walks last week but the the weather took a rather wintry turn! So it was movies and music at the weekend, staying dry and snug!

We celebrated a birthday last week🎂 and had some lovely walks, Nansledan ponds, St Columb Minor and Porth. Today we went to Porth to swim in the sea but it was a bit chilly! 🥶 so we watched the bunny rabbits 🐇🐰🐇and had an ice cream instead! 🧁

A nice little chill time down at Porth this afternoon, the sound of the waves and the sun on your face makes everything feel better.
