Here are some of the lovely meals our residents have been preparing recently. We try to promote cooking skills and healthy eating, if we can reduce sugar, unhealthy fats and highly processed ingredients, its better for the body as well as the mind. 💪💚😋

Another hot and sunny week! Sea swimming, a barbecue in the garden, picnic on the beach, ice creams, exploring in the woods and posing as a giant pasty! 😆😆 well it'd rude not to! 😝🏊🍨🌭🍔🪼🐝🐠

Last week up on Porth headland watching the Kestrel hovering and swooping down to catch its prey. Back at home, one of our chaps enjoyed baking some muffins for everyone.🧁🤩🦅😋
