I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.. you’ve never had a cookie until you’ve had an NYC cookie 👌🏻

My Biscoff Stuffed NYC Cookies are perfectly crunchy around the edges and insanely soft in the middle. Oh and don’t forget that big chunk of Biscoff baked into the middle. Pure perfection!

In case you missed my story and didn’t see your email..

I had to make the difficult decision today not to send out my postal orders. As I’m sure you’ve probably noticed, we are currently having a heat wave and everything is melting 🤯 so to save any unhappy brownie lovers and also my sanity, I’m going to be holding off posting until it’s cooled down a little.

If anyone needs me, I will be sat by the freezer with the door open 🥵
