Happy St Piran’s Day to the best bunch of Cornish girlies 🤍🖤

Milk wouldn’t be the same without you girls. You make my life so much fuller, and I’m so grateful to have a group of women around me who are hardworking, fun, energetic, silly and endlessly supportive. You keep me sane and always bring the giggles, especially when times get a bit challenging.

I’m forever grateful for our home, Cornwall, and for a town that continues to support me. I feel incredibly lucky to have been born in such a special place. Sometimes it feels like a little Newquay bubble — it always seems to bring the best kind of people to your doorstep, which in turn has created a community I couldn’t live without.

From bumping into old friends in the veg aisle and adding an extra half hour to your shop 🙈, to the daily hello to Darren the security guard at Sainsbury’s, or coming home from a trip away to see everyone excited to hear about your adventures. And of course, the friendly faces and gossip from your Milk Girlies when you grab your morning coffee, or the shoulder to cry on when the day just feels impossible. This little town really does provide it all.
Watching the town change since I was a little girl can be a bit sad at times (I do hate change… typical Cornish girl 😂🙈), but I’m here for the journey and excited to keep watching it grow and hopefully change for the better.

Anyway, I’m rambling now…
