It's a Good Friday if you're after Easter bakes and worried about the weather!

Hot Cross Blondie - spiced signature blondie, packed with orange soaked fruit and topped with a dark chocolate ganache.

Simnel Cake - Traditional Easter Fruit Cake, topped with a torched Marzipan

Billionaire Shortbread - Salted Chocolate Shortbread, Rich chewy caramel, dark chocolate ganache and finished with mini eggs ( of course)

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Bara Brith 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

With it being the most important day of the year on Sunday, I've knocked up a batch.

Packed full of dried fruit soaked in tea ( of course) then baked slowly ensuring the finished loaf is moist and juicy.

It certainly gets better with age and must be slathered with butter before enjoying...

I whipped some butter and added in some sea salt to ensure the Welsh connection was strong!!
