Bakery Shop & Delivery Assistant – Join Our Team! 🥪🚐

Are you over 21 with a full, clean driving licence? Looking for a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a part-time friendly, reliable person to join our busy bakery shop and mobile delivery team! This is a hands-on role that includes working in the shop serving customers, preparing fresh sandwiches and baked goods, and driving our mobile sandwich van on local rounds and to events throughout the year. 🎉

✅ Customer service
✅ Food prep & displays
✅ Van deliveries to local businesses
✅ Taking pre-orders & building great customer relationships
✅ Attending local events
✅ Keeping things clean, safe & organised

📍 Based at our bakery shop
🕒 A mix of shop shifts and on-the-road deliveries
⭐ Food handling experience a bonus
🚗 Must be over 21 with a clean UK driving licence (for insurance)

Today we bid a fond farewell to our longest standing baker Phil 😭 ( 20 years at Scarrots lane bakery 😳 )
We hope you enjoy your retirement, switch your alarm off and have a lie in. We will miss you and your wicked sense of humour. Though I won't miss you whistling Christmas songs in August 🤣🤣🤣 Don't forget to come and visit 🥰🥰

Our jiffy vans are out and about this weekend with lots of goodies 😋😋 ... Saturday we will be at Riverfest (Newport Quay ) from 9.30am and Sunday we will be at Merstone from 9.30am and Carisbrooke from 7am for Walk the Wight... come and say hello to the ladies...
