Today is national frosted cookie day? Although that’s something I haven’t quite ventured into yet I thought these beauties deserved a moment! Biscoff Frosted Blondies 😍 These would absolutely fly off the shelves when I had my shop! Debating whipping up some batches for weekend treats on the 19th if anybody fancies a box - this is your sign 😉🤍

THIS TIME LAST YEAR 🤍
I was setting up this beauty for T & K on their special day 🥹 A perfect example of ‘The Forever Edit’ and what we can achieve when we create something truly unique for our couples. Complete with the sketch which took a bit of tweaking but helped make important decisions on colour and helped this lovely couple finesse decisions and create the perfect cake for their day 🩵

Sun drenched cake pictures might just be my new favourite. UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES 🩵
This is exactly what I’m talking about when I talk to my couples about creating a moment with their cakes, a memory that you can look back on for years to come and takes you right back to the moment 🤍 I’m sure a lot of you have seen the reel and how this went in real time (it is officially my most viewed reel 🥹) but these stills have absolutely blown me away. Direct flash was used by the fabulous and picked up the colours so beautifully! 🩵

HELLO 🩵
Over the last few months socials have been going a little wild so I thought a new introduction may be appropriate 👋🏻
I’m Alex; the face, heart, brains and everything else behind Baked By Alexandra. This year the business turns 10 and what a wild ride it has been!
I started out as a home baker and opened a shop which was only just over a year old when Covid hit. My initial aim back then was to dwindle down celebration cakes and focus on what started the business, my love for baking and experimenting and creating new products. Fast forward to now, I’m in my home based studio & I have made my way back to something I’ve always loved: Weddings 💍 being a design student I have always loved the romance, sentiment and little details.
Being able to use this passion to work with couples on the most exciting day of their lives and create these memories means the world to me. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to put their all into making your cake taste, look and feel like a meaningful centrepiece you’re in the right place.
My bespoke wedding service is limited to 20 slots per year and 2027 is filling up fast with 2028 also open. I’d love to work with you 🤍
