Mamoosh Turkish Wraps at the Sussex Peasant Autumn Food Festival
Saturday, 17 October from 9am

Oz and Einat will be on the stand with Turkish Wraps, signature dips, pastries and plenty of samples.

🌶️ Lahmacun Wrap
Thin, crispy Turkish flatbread topped with richly spiced beef and tomato, full of savoury flavour with a gentle kick of heat. Wrapped with fresh rocket, shepherd’s salad, vibrant ezme and tangy sumac onions.
🧀 Biberli Ekmek Wrap
A beloved speciality from Antakya in southern Türkiye. Aromatic flatbread topped with cheese, pepper and fragrant za’atar, finished with nigella and sesame seeds. Wrapped with fresh rocket, shepherd’s salad, ezme and tangy sumac onions.
