It’s no secret that supermarket breads contain some of the dirtiest ingredient lists in terms of additives.
A cursory glance at the back of pack will tell you it’s full of UPF additives, refined flours and sugars and lots of added ‘extras’ that work to make it super cheap, super soft and last a lot longer than naturally possible!
