Today we say goodbye to our Head Baker, George, after 6 years at Pink Lane. 💗

George has been instrumental in making our pastries and bread what they are today. His attention to detail, impeccable standards and years of expertise have helped shape what we do, and his legacy will carry on for years to come.

The good news is, you can still catch George at our sourdough courses, where he’ll be continuing to share his expertise with you for the foreseeable future.

All the best for whatever comes next, George. You’ll be a big miss around here.

Although we’re not sure the Gosforth locals will miss those Morrissey impressions quite as much! 🎤
