One of life's greatest pleasures - Pain au chocolat 🥐🍫

So much love and effort goes into making these, from controlling the dough fermentation to layering the butter, Martha and Gareth work so hard to keep the consistency and keep up with demand!

It's our birthday!!

What an incredible 14 years it’s been since we first opened our doors - growing from a small shop on Pink Lane into 4 shops around some of the great communities in Newcastle and Morpeth!

This is the perfect moment to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you for your continued support and trust us. Whether you’ve popped in for early morning coffees and pastries, grabbed lunch with our pies, or chosen us for cakes on your special occasions, we really appreciate you being with us on the Pink Lane Bakery journey!

And of course a massive shout out as well to our amazing team, past and present, who have helped shape Pink Lane Bakery into what it is today.

We're very proud to share that we make regular contributions to Ecologi, supporting global projects that go towards reforestation and reducing carbon emissions. So far, we've funded 5167 trees being planted and prevented 470.31 tCO2e from being emitted!

Sustainability has always been at the forefront of our values here at Pink Lane Bakery, and we are always looking at meaningful ways to continue to do more.
With this in mind, we will be introducing a small charge on our handled paper bags.
This not only helps with unnecessary waste, but also allows us to increase our donations to environmental charities like Ecologi, or nominated charities that are selected by the staff.
