Was so excited to do my first β€˜Covid’ wedding cake a few weeks ago - feels so good to be back! As so many couples have been through this year, this wedding had been rescheduled and adapted multiple times to fit in with the regulations, which has of course meant huge disappointment, BUT they managed to have a gorgeous day even if it wasn’t what they had originally planned, and the sun was out too!

The main cake is almond & raspberry with semi naked icing; cupcakes are vegan & gluten free lemon drizzle - bring on round 2 of this wedding next year! πŸ‹πŸŒΈπŸŒΉπŸ’›
