I turned 30 in Athens!

Gorgeous figs, gorgeous weather, gorgeous friends (old and new!). Lost some dead weight and then almost certainly gained some weight from all the gorgeous Greek yoghurt at Stani.

Grateful for the friends I have been blessed with and the abundance of love I have.

Up on their roof if the most gorgeous mango tree. Yes, any tour operator can sort you out with a catamaran trip, but how many can sort you a perfectly sun-ripened mango?

Disclaimer, mango only if they really like you, and I get a slight benefit for being their (favourite) niece 🙈

My name is Aisha and I am the founder and owner of Worcester micro-bakery The Sweetest Tooth. 

I established The Sweetest Tooth in 2018 initially as a means to showcase culinary creations and ideas, and later as a formal business. I specialise in working with locally foraged and homegrown ingredients, my own bean-to- bar chocolate, and recipes influenced by my rich Mauritian heritage.

Since 2018, the business has grown more than I could ever have expected, and I can proudly say that I previously supplied a Michelin Guide restaurant with Mauritian desserts.

My primary business ethos has been prioritising quality; quality of seasonal ingredients, quality of my thoroughly tested recipes and of course, quality of the final products themselves. To put it simply, if I would not be proud to face a customer whilst they consumed the product, it doesn’t leave my kitchen.

I’m happy to be at Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels Mauricia hotel for the next few days restocking on sunshine and relaxation!
