This bake starts with our signature brownie, topped with a milk chocolate & toasted Kunafa layer which is stuffed with Twix Crispy Rolls. Finished off with a layer of milk chocolate and a chunk of Twix 🍫🍯

The Neapolitan Cake Jar 🍫🍦🍓

That’s our Vanilla Funfetti sponge layered up with a silky smooth Strawberry Buttercream and a Milk & Dark Belgian Chocolate sauce. Finished off with a sprinkling of Cadbury Flake, a Glacé Cherry and Sprinkles

The Cherry Bakewell Shortbread Slice 🍒

That’s an almond infused buttery shortbread with a layer of Raspberry jam throughout the middle. Topped with an Almond Icing & Toasted Almonds. Finished off with a Glacé Cherry

The Bounty MEGA Cookie Pie 🥥

That’s our milk chocolate chip cookie dough, filled with a milk chocolate & toasted coconut chocolate filling which is also stuffed with Bounty Chocolate Bars & Bounty Crispy Rolls

The Twix Dubai Brownie 🍫

That’s our signature brownie base topped with a layer of milk chocolate & toasted Kunafa which is stuffed with Twix Crispy Rolls. Finished off with a layer of milk chocolate and a chunk of Twix

Raspberry & White Chocolate Flapjack 😋

That’s a raspberry infused oatey base which gets a layer of raspberry jam spread over the top of it. Finished off with a layer of white chocolate & freeze dried raspberries

The Custard Cream Millionaires Cornflake 😍

That’s a custard infused white chocolate base which has cornflakes mixed throughout and chunks of custard cream biscuits, topped with a layer of our homemade caramel which also gets stuffed with more custard cream biscuits. Finished off with a layer of custard flavoured white chocolate

The Mars Bar Cake Jar 🍯

That’s our chocolate fudge sponge layered up with our Belgian chocolate buttercream & caramel sauce with chunks of Mars bars throughout

Apparently we need a Part 3 for our Galaxy Brownie roll video… a lot of people were confused as to what happened to the blobs of brownie batter that went under the grease proof and its purpose.

So long story short, it’s just excess brownie batter to hold the greaseproof in place for when I’m rolling it out (have you tried rolling something on greaseproof with no glue?? It’s not fun🙃🥲) Then I transfer the rolled out brownie on to a fridge rack so it can go chill and the brownie blobs are left behind on the bench! It also doesn’t get wasted, it becomes a bakery snack for me 🫶

Part 1: might as well show you a little snippet of us making another one of our latest flavours… Sea Salted Caramel & Belgian Milk Chocolate Brownie 🍫👅

This starts with our OG brownie batter which gets divided in to tins & spread out. We then pipe lines of our Salted Caramel and then feather it with a little mini cutie pie pallet knife 🥹 this then goes in the oven to bake. Once done it cools on the side for a few hours. We then get to work on the glorious Belgian Chocolate Ganache made with the finest of Belgian Chocolates… Callebaut 👅 this gets poured on top of the brownie and then we sprinkle it with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 🍫👅

Part 1: making one of our latest creations… THE GALAXY CHOCOLATE CORNFLAKE BROWNIE ROLL 🍫🍫🍫

This bake consists of baking brownies and then chucking them in to a mixer to form a sort of ‘Brownie Dough’ which then gets rolled out. We then add our Galaxy Chocolate Cornflake filling and spread it out. Fridge it a little before rolling it up.. come back for part 2 to see it decorated and sliced 😜👅🍫
