My favourite pastry of ALL TIME is an almond croissant… so naturally, I thought, why not turn the bloody thing into a blondie?! 😂🤌🏼

A vanilla blondie swirled with gorgeous almond frangipane, finished with a generous scattering of crunchy almonds… basically an almond croissant’s slightly more indulgent, square-shaped cousin🤤

And honestly? She’s a BEAUTY😮‍💨💅🏼

COMMUNITY OVER COMPETITION 🫶

A little reminder that supporting other people in your industry does not take anything away from your own business.

There’s room for everyone. There’s enough customers to go around. And sharing, recommending and celebrating someone else’s hard work doesn’t mean you’re losing out, if anything, I think it makes our little community even better 🥹

I recently bought a treat box from a girl who has just started up selling her own bakes and honestly… SO GOOD 🤤

It was an ALL BISCOFF box and every single thing was delicious 😍

So rather than keeping her to myself, I wanted to share her with you lot! If you’re local (she’s based in Gateshead near the big Tesco) and fancy giving her a try, she’s just opened pre-order slots for next month’s box, and the theme is CHOCOLATE LOVERS 🍫👀 (obviously I’ve got my own order in before sharing with you lot 🤣🤣)

MYSTERY BAKE IS HERE 👀🍫

Okay, so we know a full-on mystery box isn’t everyone’s cup of tea… and honestly, I get it 😂 Some people want to know EXACTLY what they’re getting, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that!

BUT… we also know there are some of you who wouldn’t mind adding a little gamble to your order 👀

So for today’s restock, we’ve added a MYSTERY BAKE to the website.

You can still pick all your usual favourites like your Biscoff, your Kinder, your brownies, your whatever-you-fancy… BUT you can also throw a mystery slice (or two 👀) into your order and let us surprise you!

We currently have 4 BRAND NEW bakes that we’re keeping under wraps 🤫 and these are what you could potentially receive as your mystery slice.

And if you’re feeling particularly brave, you can order 4 Mystery Bakes and we’ll try to make sure you get one of each… although we can’t guarantee it, because where’s the mystery in that? 😂

Basically… pick your faves + take a gamble 🎲🍰
