He’s not perfect but he’s fierce and to be fair he’s been fighting battles for 1000s of years!

I wanted his scales to resemble armour and look like a force to be reckoned with!

With the help of a structure I was able to bring my design to life!

Dark cherry and chocolate cake covered in dark chocolate ganache and black

Wings were created with Vietnamese rice paper and a lot of hair pulling!

I made this for my husband so will have the pleasure of eating it myself woohoo!!!

WHAT A BLOODY CHEW ON! 👿

These wings have had my life today!

My hands look like Dumbledores in his last few days on earth (check out end of video) ✋🏼

Anyway after a trip to the shops for more spring roll wrappers, several sessions in the air fryer and many different options thrown out the window WE HAVE WINGS!

Top tip - wear gloves when dealing with edible black paint!!! 🖤

Mini loaf tin cakes are just brilliant when it comes to party bags! Or should I say party boxes in this case!

Chocolate brownie cake, custard and condensed milk buttercream with caramel sauce and sugar paste hand painted edible controllers!

They went down a treat. So much so I ended up making some “grown up” versions for the family the next day!
