WE NEED YOU!!

Can you help??

We are looking for someone with a van that can help us move an oven from Middlesbrough to our bakery in Heaton early Thursday morning!

We would need at least two strong people to help and it would be collecting from Middlesbrough 6am then helping lift it into our bakery on Heaton road.

We really need a recommendation for someone reliable as we desperately need this new oven!

Please comment/tag your van people!

Thank you so much for a very busy week!

We also want to say thank you for the gifts.

Our little doggy has been very unwell this week which has been very scary for us so we are so thankful for all the kind messages and gifts.

A beautiful drawing and the cutest cake have to be up there with the best we have received (wine was also good though 😉)

We really do have the most amazing customers!

Your kindness when we are going through tough times makes such a difference to us both.

We are so proud of the community we have created.

We are launching a new pie range next week and we can’t wait for you to try it!

Sorry for the late post, unfortunately our doggy has been unwell during the night so I’ve been with him and unable to bake until later.

Gluten free bakery!!

Yes another one 😱😱😱

Seville really is the gluten free dream!

Next on our list was the 100% gluten free bakery located inside a department store called Leon the baker

The choice of bread was amazing!!

I chose:
⭐️Sourdough loaf
⭐️Seeded rolls
⭐️Mini baguettes
⭐️Lemon meringue pie
⭐️’Empanadas’ this was more like a thin plate pie slice than a traditional empanada
⭐️Palmeritas (tradional pastries in Spain)

I have to say the empanada slice was AMAZING. It was so light and flakey and the fillings were delicious! I chose the spicy chicken and the pork.

The lemon meringue pie and the palemeritas were also delicious! Fully of flavour and not synthetic like Chok!

The bread rolls, baguettes and loaf I sliced and put in the freezer in our Airbnb so I could bring it back to have. (The upside of Airbnb!)

I have had some toast from the sourdough and it was delicious (very similar to our cob)

I cannot recommend this bakery enough!! So many delicious choices and delicious!

The staff were so friendly and helpful too.

You can find it on the bottom level(-1) in El Corte Ingles.
