Saturday is Sweden’s National Day!

No better way than to celebrate with some delights from Midsomnar Bakery and then going home to make one of Sweden’s national treasure dish; the Banana Pizza! Sprinkled with curry powder, it is so much tastier than you might imagine! Go on, you gotta try it!

Hej Sverige! Nathalie has touched down in her home country for a week of family, friends and of course FIKA 🇸🇪

We make our fennel bread on the premises. Known as Hönökaka, the recipe traces its roots back to 1934 and the island town of Hönö outside of Gothenburg.
