Raspberry, pistachio and chocolate Pain-Suisse: Raspberry cuts through the beautiful richness of the dark chocolate. Pistachio adds a little crunch.

Kouign-Amman is Breton dialect for 'butter pastry'. This delicious bun is made from layers of buttery sweet dough topped with caramelised sugar. We've been experimenting with different combinations- we've got a chocolate and hazelnut one today- but the original (pictured) is a good place to start. Have you tried it yet?

Kouign-Amman- layers and layers of lamination with sugar syrup... Fast becoming a favourite in the bakery

Plum Danish with cardamom crème pâtissière- sweet plums with earthy fragrant cardamom
