This little guy was a custom order for a handmade cake topper for a 3rd birthday.

I am more than happy to take orders for cake toppers alone and it’s a great way to add a personal touch to a cake without going all out on a fully bespoke cake 😊

And the finished cake! Absolute labour of love, but so much fun bringing a vision to reality. Everything is edible and hand made, the house is a rich fruit cake and the garden is devil’s food cake with chocolate buttercream.

Little trip down memory lane… I made this cake for Matthew’s 4th birthday in the depths of lockdown in May 2020. The suitcase is a bit rough, but I was so proud of my handmade sugar Paddington. And the first thing Matthew said when he saw the cake was ‘but I wanted a Paw Patrol cake!’ 😭 😂

Fancy cakes are amazing, but sometimes you just want a classic home bake which is all about the taste 🤤

Moist lemon yoghurt cake with fresh raspberries on the side. Delicious!
