Sugar roses and gypsophila for a wedding cake. The client made other arrangements for the cake itself, but wanted to personalise it for the big day. I was provided with inspiration pictures of the style of floral wedding cake the bride liked and the colour scheme for the wedding, and made the finished sprays all ready to be added to the cake on the day.

Loving this colour! 🤩 And there’s nothing quite so satisfying as a smooth blank canvas of a cake. Getting a smooth clean finish is one of those things that looks simple and really isn’t, so I’m always very chuffed when I get to this stage 😊
