Hey gang! Feels like such a long time!

I’ve had a few messages about products and stock, and currently we are still not up and running again fully, since the house move we’ve not had a kitchen signed off due to building works etc,

But I’ve also been super busy with a few other things,
Mainly the above 👆 I only went and won my IFBB Pro card in Wellness, in the lovely city of Milan 🇮🇹

secondly my hardworking clients at are smashing their goals,

Then thirdly any ounce of time/energy is going into doing an hour here and there on the house renovation as we’re trying to do all of it ourselves 👀

On top of all that I’m trying to be the best wifey, step mum and best person in general for the people around me 🫶🏻

You may ( or not) noticed I’ve been awol off this page for a long time.

In this time I’ve ;
📍Got married
📍Grown the coaching business
📍Grown the gym business
📍Sold our house
📍Brought a renovation project
📍Planned a bodybuilding show ( this weekend coming)
📍invested into a lot of education

Basically… been a really busy girl going after a vision!

Over the years I’ve had fit food I’ve made some really great friends as customers and I’ll be sad if I don’t continue making the protein squares( I haven’t said I’m not yet before anyone jumps!)

Fit food is still running with the supplements whilst we moved and have no kitchen and then we will make a decision on whether we continue.

It may be apparent that I’ve not been as ‘active’ on this page latley and to be truthful I’ve kinda lost my love for this little business.
I’m so busy with and more so that this kind of kept getting pushed back.

Since Christmas I’ve really struggled getting back my mojo and structure aswell and I’m not the only one- I’ve spoken to so many people recently who have said exactly the same- strange isn’t it?!

There will be some changes soon to the business and we will see where it goes from there but untill then here’s a cheesecake we made at Christmas.

P.S: There is some stock still available on the website!
