Had the pleasure of donating these wee Lamingtons to the Bake Sale of Dreams at the amazing SANDWICH JAM hosted by Belly Of The Beast. 100% of the sales will be donated to WERS and FoodCycle North East. These little Aussie classics were given a little Cherry Bomb twist with a buttermilk sponge, sharp raspberry jam and a fig leaf white chocolate ganache, all rolled in raspberry glaze and toasted coconut 🍒 💣

Just another mad colourful cake and she was DELICIOUS. Inspired by a life changing mango, this glittery beauty is layers of Coconut Cake soaked in Mango & Lime syrup, Toasted Coconut & White Chocolate Whipped Ganache and Alphonso Mango Curd. Totally tropical, totally extra, totally delicious 🥭

Cocoa & Kefir Cake soaked in Malt Syrup filled with a Whipped Malted Chocolate Ganache and covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Big silly purple dome cake for Helen’s purple 40th birthday party. Obsessed with how this turned out, like a big flowery Dalek 🤣. Side note- delivering this cake was one of the most stressful drives of my life- why are there so many speed bumps in Wallsend?! Anyway, for your consideration, here we have-
12 layers of “Purple Velvet Cake” filled with rich Dark Chocolate Mousseline and covered in Whipped White Chocolate & Mascarpone Ganache.
