💛 A Little Break from the Markets 💛

Dear friends,

I wanted to let you know that I’ll be stepping away from the Newcastle Markets for a few months while I’m focusing on my health.

This isn’t goodbye — just a pause. I’ll be back at the markets as soon as I can, bringing you the same sourdough loaves, pastries and treats you love (and maybe a few new specials too!)🥐🍪🍞🍰🥖

Thank you for understanding and for being such a wonderful community. I’m so grateful for you and your continued support 💕
I’ll keep you updated when we’re ready to fire up the ovens again.

With love and gratitude,
Betty
Buns&Dreams ❤️

🌟Hello beautiful friends🌟

🥖❤️ From the very first market stall to today, every loaf, pastry, and cake baked has been about more than food — it’s about people, smiles, and community.

When I set up my little artisan bakery at the market, I never imagined how quickly it would become a place to share stories, hugs, and brighten mornings with the smell of fresh bread. 🌾✨

Now, Buns & Dreams have been nominated for Market Trader of the Year at the LoveNUL Awards 2025 — and it feels like such a reflection of you, who’ve supported me along the way.

If you’ve ever stopped by for a loaf, a pastry, or just a friendly chat, I’d be so grateful if you could cast your vote for Buns Dreams🗳️

Thank you for being part of my story — I truly couldn’t do this without you. 💛🍪🥖🥐
