Today is extra special. Not only are we celebrating the birthday of my husband Konstantinos, my partner, and the other half of Anasma — we’re also celebrating the beginning of a beautiful new dream coming to life. 🌊✨

This summer, on the breathtaking island of Astypalea, The Stolen Lamb will open its doors as a seasonal beachside restaurant made with passion, vision, and countless hours of hard work. From sunrise to late nights, Costas has been pouring his heart and soul into creating a place where unforgettable food, sea breeze, sunsets, and beautiful memories come together. 🔥🍷🌅

We couldn’t be prouder of what’s coming.

Looking for experienced individuals ONLY – you must have a background in restaurant service, including taking orders and serving customers confidently in a fast-paced environment.

📌 Positions available: Full-time & Part-time

Requirements:
• Previous restaurant experience is essential
• Confident taking orders and providing excellent customer service
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
