🍰 Homemade bakes made with love in Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales! 💛 NYC cookies, brownies, cakes & more from our little Cake Shed! 🧁 Personalised cupcakes & beautiful floral cupcake bouquets available to order. 🌸✨

22/10/2026

We're officially FULLY BOOKED for the next two weeks! 🧁💗

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who has been keeping me so busy! I'm incredibly grateful for all your lovely orders and support.

Our diary is now completely full for personalised orders until 9th November, so unfortunately I won't be able to squeeze any more in before then.

We'll also be back at Cardigan Market on Friday 6th November, and I'll be doing my best to keep the cake shed stocked with goodies as usual! 🍪❤️

November & December bookings

If you have a birthday or special occasion coming up after 9th November, I'd really recommend getting your personalised cupcake orders booked in sooner rather than later! Availability is already limited, especially as we head towards Christmas.

This also includes our floral cupcake bouquets, which make such lovely gifts! And yes, we'll be offering Christmas versions of these too! 🎄💐

Speaking of Christmas... our Christmas pre-orders will be announced as soon as I get a moment to catch my breath! There's lots I'm excited to share with you all!

Thank you all so much for keeping this little business so busy. It really does mean the world! 🫶

Pop me a message to secure your November or December date! 💌

🤎 Freshly baked Cinnamon Rolls in the shed today & tomorrow!

We're not usually open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but we've got something new for you to try this week!

Our first ever cinnamon rolls are now available, filled with sweet cinnamon and topped with a vanilla bean glaze. They're our first dough-based bake, so I'd really love to hear what you think if you get to try one! 🥰

If they prove popular, I'll make sure to bake some more ready for the weekend.

🍪 We've also reduced our remaining cookies to just £2 each today! They're coming to the end of their shelf life, so it's your last chance to grab one. Maybe alongside a cinnamon roll?

If you know someone who'd enjoy one, please give them a tag! We're not normally open midweek, so I'd love to spread the word a little. 🤎

Thank you as always for supporting Emlyn Bakes!

🤎 CINNAMON ROLLS ARE NOW IN THE SHED! 🤎

Freshly baked, soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls, filled with sweet cinnamon goodness and topped with a lovely vanilla bean glaze! 😍

These are something a little different for Emlyn Bakes. Our very first dough-based bake and a brand new addition to our menu.

They're available in the shed today and tomorrow, and if they prove popular, I'll make sure to bake another batch ready for the weekend. As these are brand new, I'd absolutely love to hear what you think if you manage to grab one!

🍪 LAST CHANCE COOKIES – NOW JUST £2 EACH!

We've also got some delicious cookies left in the shed, but they're coming to the end of their shelf life tomorrow, so today's your last chance to grab one!

I've reduced all remaining cookies to just £2 each for today. Maybe treat yourself to a cookie alongside one of our new cinnamon rolls? 👀

Enjoy!

🍪 Fancy a warm, chocolatey cookie? We've still got plenty of delicious cookies in the cake shed today, but they're only available for a little longer!

I treated myself to one of my Magic Stars cookies today, which is often quite a rare occurrence! 😂 Usually they sell before I get the chance, and if there are any leftovers, the kids beat me to them!

I popped it in the oven for a couple of minutes to warm it through, and honestly, there's something so lovely about biting into a warm chocolate cookie with a soft chocolatey centre.

These are made with a rich chocolate cookie dough, white and milk chocolate chips, Magic Stars and a white & milk chocolate duo spread filling. 🍪

We've still got a few left in the cake shed today, but not for much longer. Perect for a little afternoon treat with a cuppa.

£3.50 each or 3 for £10

Good morning, everyone! ☀️❄️

The sun is shining on this lovely frosty morning, and we've still got plenty of delicious cookies waiting for you in the shed today! 🍪

Here's a little tip for the ultimate cosy treat...

Pop your cookie in the microwave for just 10 seconds to bring back that warm, soft, gooey, freshly baked goodness!

Perfect paired with a hot cup of tea or coffee on a chilly day like today! ☕

Happy Sunday, everyone!

A little change of plans this weekend! 🍪🤎

Unfortunately, we won't be at Cardigan Farmers Market - Marchnad Ffermwyr Aberteifi today. So sorry to all my lovely Cardigan customers! ❤️

The cake shed will still be open today and throughout the weekend with:

🍪 Kinder Bueno Cookies
🍪 Raspberry & White Choc Cookies

No cakes or brownies this week, as I'm taking a little extra time to focus on some exciting plans for Emlyn Bakes! 🤫🤎

If you fancy a weekend treat, please do pop along! Every single purchase is helping me get a little closer to something I've been quietly working towards, and I really hope I'll have some exciting news to share with you all soon!
