ke is for. All the cakes we design and create are handcrafted to a high standard and using the best ingredients. We only use free range eggs. Sponge Cakes:-

A delicate, firm and moist Vanilla sponge cake in a Madeira style with a butter cream and jam filling, handmade and baked to the highest standard.

• Chocolate Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate butter cream filling, handmade and baked to the highest standard.

• Lemon Sponge Cake
A delicate, firm and moist Lemon sponge cake with a selection of fillings including vanilla butter cream filling, Lemon butter cream filling, Jam and Lemon Curd, handmade and baked to the highest standard. Fruit Cakes:-

• Medium fruit cake
A moist and delicious, medium fruited country style cake, handmade and baked to the highest standard .

• Rich fruit cake
A luxurious, moist and richly fruited cake typically laced with Brandy or Rum, handmade and baked to the highest standard. Our fruitcake can be made without using alcohol on request. Other Cakes:-
