Right, that was forty-five minutes of my life spent nudging tiny text boxes on Edits to get them landing right on the beat 🤣

Totally worth it though, because trays of fresh brownies, blondies, cookies and gorgeous blooms from the lovely Rach .at.5 are basically genuine therapy to look at 🤎

Right, things I did my whole life thinking I was just broken: Part 2 (and the actual names for them) 🤎

The love on the first post was huge, so here are five more that made complete sense once I finally understood my AuDHD brain.

I reckon being time-blind without Alexa would instantly kill this business. Those kitchen timers are the only reason my trays of brownies do not turn into charcoal, especially when my brain convinces me I can start a twenty-minute job five minutes before leaving for an appointment that takes forty-five minutes to get to 🤣

Right, things I did my whole life thinking I was just broken (and the actual names for them) 🤎

A bit of a different post today, but my AuDHD brain is part of everything I do here.

For years I went through life feeling like I was just faulty. Sitting on hands under bum/legs for deep grounding pressure just to feel grounded. Zero fullness or hunger cues, which made food such a struggle. Believing every anxious thought was a genuine emergency. And taking teasing so literally that I would have to ask "did you mean that?", only to watch Teddy start doing the exact same thing.

Turns out they all have real names. Proprioception, interoception, cognitive fusion.

Learning what was actually happening took away so much quiet shame.

Bake & Blooms is back with Rach ~ Wild at 5 • Seasonal, wild, fuss-free flowers • Berkshire too 💐 A little bouquet and a pot of brownie bites for £15, with just 10 available on Sunday.

Little plea for Sunday! 🙏🏻

Is there anyone local who could help me put up my 3m gazebo before Newbury Artisan Market on Sunday, then come back and help me take it down afterwards?

It’s a sturdy trade gazebo, so I really need an extra pair of strong hands as my husband is busy! 💪🏻

I think part of my brain is still somewhere at Newbury Showground 😂

This weekend felt like a huge moment for Teddy Bears Bakes.

The new gazebo made her debut. TBB temporary tattoos started appearing on arms around the Show. Bake and Blooms launched with Wild at 5. Our Apple Crumble Cake collaboration with Fisher of Newbury joined the counter. And so many of you stopped to buy, chat, take photos and tell us how lovely everything looked.

And because there clearly wasn’t enough happening, I also bought and collected an absolute workhorse of a Q7 from Marshall Audi Newbury in the middle of it all 😂

Most importantly, Grandma was right there on the stall with us, exactly where she belongs at Newbury Show 🤎

While I spent most of the weekend over in Trophies with Mum, my wonderful husband Nick held the fort and kept everything running.

By the end of Saturday, only two blondie flavours and seven Bake and Blooms were left.

So I went home, switched the oven back on and somehow returned on Sunday with a fully stocked stall again 😂

What you saw was a bright pink gazebo filled with bakes.

What you didn’t see was the week of lists, shopping, baking, cooling, slicing, packing, panicking and repeatedly convincing myself I hadn’t made enough.

I’m absolutely shattered, slightly overwhelmed and ridiculously proud.

Thank you to everybody who made the weekend what it was. We did it 🥹🤎
