Last Spritz as a Miss 🧡❤️💛

Felt so proud of this cake I had to get a photo with it ✨

I have been so so busy recently and can’t thank my customers enough 🫶

I have always tried to work with people to do last minute cakes when I can, recently however I have found that working two jobs, managing a toddler and my husband being away has been a lot to juggle. So I ask if you are planning on ordering a cake from me please try give a couple of months notice where you can to avoid disappointment.

🔔September is almost fully booked, and October starting to look busy, on the lead up to Christmas please get orders in early and get them secured ✨

A year ago I never imagined the business would be where it is now. The difference in my work, the continued practise on new skills, the last minute shopping trips and midnight baking makes it all worth it seeing Immi’s thrive, but most of all I couldn’t do it without the support from all my customer. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

IMMI’S is 1 1️⃣🥳🍾🎊🎂

From where I started (the last two slides) to where I am now still doesn’t seem real.

What started as a hobby and something I did to make a bit of extra money has taken off a lot more than I ever expected. I am so unbelievably grateful for all the support and orders received over the last year.

Running your own business is not for the faint hearted and I’ve ran into so many unexpected challenges along the way. It’s been a year of learning, growing, hard work, determination, ambition and creativity. Looking at the cakes I am now producing compared to what I produced at the very beginning I couldn’t be prouder of myself.

Thank you again to every single person who has supported me, it wouldn’t be possible to keep going without you 🫶

‼️ Important update ‼️

Immi’s cakes and bakes has moved to Balderton (approx 18 mins from last location in north Hykeham)🏡

How this will affect you & your orders:

As I have built such an amazing customer base in and around North Hykeham/Witham I would love to continue to be able to offer celebration cakes to those in these areas.

- New orders/New customers - Collection from my new location & delivery available upon request on certain days.

- If you have ordered from me before and would like me to make you another cake & are from my previous location, you will get either a discount upon ordering to collect from new location, or free delivery on certain days.

- If you have an order coming up - I will still be travelling to and from the previous address so collection will still be available from there to suit the original time and date. Alternatively, I can offer a discount on the current order if you would be happy to collect from new location.

This house move has come around very quickly for my family and we are so excited to have a proper home and start building after a difficult year.

I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding. I am super excited to be continuing Immi’s Cakes and Bakes (just a few more miles away)

Just wanted to share a few inspiration photos vs the finished design of the cake.

As a baker I love inspiration photos as gives me something to work towards but also gives me a guide as to what you may like for your cake.

One thing I do ask to keep in mind is each baker is different, different techniques, ingredients, tools and equipment so we can never promise an exact replica.

As much as I love creating my own designs and adding a bit of personalisation to make the cake unique to my business, I also appreciate that sometimes as a customer you know exactly what you want.

Exciting update, I get married this week 💍👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️💒

Due to wedding planning and making my own cakes 😅 my replies may be a little slow and I won’t be able to respond at all at the weekend!
