We've got brownies on the go, crumbles just come out the oven for a customer order.
Millionaries caramel on and setting ready for the chocolate, next up is to get the sponge mixes on the go ready for the oven.

Now this is a cake I absolutely loved doing.... the flavours are mango and passionfruit ❤😊 and the detail for the tigers head, well I jumped for joy when it worked 😊 finer detail piping work is my new favourite thing to do.
