My last Collingham Craft Market tomorrow. The end of an era for me.
The giant gingerbread latte cake is three substantial layers of dark treacle gingerbread cake, sandwiched with ginger jam and covered in a mild creamy coffee frosting. The tiny gingerbread men will be added tomorrow, to retain their crispness.
Of course there's chocolate guinness cake and much more. I've two gluten free bakes and one vegan option. I'm just baking the second batch of cinnamon cruffins. Tomorrow morning I'll bake the sausage rolls.. Featuring sausage meat by Sibleys.
And it's all available with tea, coffee or mulled wine.
