Crave Bakery Producing and selling high quality homemade cakes and pastries for the love of good honest cake 🍰 I simply do not have the capacity.

I sell my cakes at a pop up market in Collingham on the first Saturday of every month. I will also bake items to order.Please note I do not bake wedding cakes unless they are single tier and do not require complex decoration. Other than that I am happy to discuss your individual needs including vegan baking and for those with sensitivities.

Bit of an announcement..Crave Bakery is now no more. Various reasons have led to this decision. However recent health problems have taken over and for now I must focus on myself. I am sorry to say goodbye and its been amazing over the last few years.

My last Collingham Craft Market tomorrow. The end of an era for me.

The giant gingerbread latte cake is three substantial layers of dark treacle gingerbread cake, sandwiched with ginger jam and covered in a mild creamy coffee frosting. The tiny gingerbread men will be added tomorrow, to retain their crispness.

Of course there's chocolate guinness cake and much more. I've two gluten free bakes and one vegan option. I'm just baking the second batch of cinnamon cruffins. Tomorrow morning I'll bake the sausage rolls.. Featuring sausage meat by Sibleys.

And it's all available with tea, coffee or mulled wine.

Recent 2 D birthday cake for my son's 30th .( We'd not quite removed the packaging) It's a very effective style when you see it against us. Inside was a 4 layer lemon sponge with homemade lemon curd.
