What a fun cake to make! Everything is 100% edible including the golden crown, the picture, the sequins and the flowers.

A salted caramel sponge sandwiched together with a layer of salted caramel sauce, caramel nibbles and salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream decorated with more swiss meringue buttercream and fondant decorations.

This has been very popular,

Two layers of rich gooey brownie sandwiched with a mix of whipped milk chocolate and white chocolate ganache. Then topped with kinder buenos and milk chocolate chips. It really is as yummy as it sounds!

I really enjoyed making this cake, a delicious lemon cake soaked with a lemon syrup and filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream 🤤
