About me
Hi, my name is Barak. I'm a professional pastry chef from New Malden. I moved to the UK in 2009 to pursue my career in patisserie. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2010 and have worked for several years in leading London bakeries, such as Ottolenghi and Konditor & Cook, as a head pastry chef and as a production manager. In the last 3 years I have been focusing on my family whilst contin
uing to create and test my recipes and develop my baking and decorating classes. I have established my company, The Baking Party, in 2020 and I am looking forward to sharing my vision and products with you. The Baking Party is now fully registered with Kingston Council as a food business and was given a provisional food hygiene rating of 5 ✰✰✰✰✰! My vision
I love baking, I love teaching, I love cakes (who doesn't) and mostly enjoy infusing happiness into people's lives with my cakes. I believe in high standards and aesthetics and am proud to be using only high quality ingredients in my baking. I care about the environment, therefore, all our packaging materials are environmentally-friendly and are either recyclable or degradable. I care about what I do and thrive to provide the best care to my customers. Our services
