💔 With a heavy heart, I need to share some sad news.

My beautiful mum passed away suddenly last night. She was the inspiration behind Balanced Heart Bakery and dedicated her life to helping others. I delivered today because that's what she would have wanted - she hated letting anyone down. But I need to close the bakery temporarily to arrange her funeral and be with my family.

We'll be closed from Saturday, April 18th through Thursday, April 23rd.
Reopening Friday, April 24th. Thank you for your understanding.

This bakery was born from trying to help my mum, and it's dedicated to her memory. I promise to honour her by reopening next week and making the best bread I can. Thank you to all our amazing customers for your support. It means everything.

We've simplified our delivery window to a straight 8am–11am slot, making it easier for us to plan routes and get your orders to you as efficiently as possible.

If you need your delivery at a particular time within that window, just drop us a note at checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 🙌

⚠️ Temporary Bakery Closure (but for a good reason!) ❤️🍞

We’ll be closed on Monday and Tuesday next week while we get a brand new roof fitted 🛠️

The ovens will be fired back up and ready to go from Wednesday onwards, so make sure you get your orders in for Wednesday delivery and beyond 🙌

Thanks for bearing with us while we keep things overhead dry, cosy, and crumb-free. Normal bready service resumes very soon 🥖❤️

✨ Holiday Hours Update ✨

Balanced Heart Bakery will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day so Andrew can take some time to rest and enjoy the holidays with loved ones.

Andrew would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their incredible support this year. Every visit, order, and kind word has meant so much, and none of this would be possible without such an amazing community ❤️
