Really nice to see this back in Totally Mold, a lovely thing to do from Mold Market to support these fantastic young traders.
I was honoured to be asked to be a judge at last years event and having talked to all the participants I can honestly say that the dedication, hard work and creativity was inspiring. Please go along to support these guys if you can.

Your bread is in safe hands!

I think because we choose to wrap and label our bread it can come over as mass produced, nothing could be further from the truth.

We are a very small team of 3 bakers, using our actual hands to make you great products in small batches every day.

Believe me it would be much easier for us not to wrap and label our bread, it would save me a fortune!

We have been doing this a long time now and for every customer who thinks it’s in some way mass produced there are a dozen who prefer it for the shelf life, hygiene assurances and quality it maintains.

Our bread is cooled and wrapped as soon as possible after baking, it hasn’t been fondled by every passing customer, it’s not been in contact with dirty delivery trays, it’s not been in the boot of my car and it’s not been open to the elements.

It’s from our Bakehouse to your table in the safest most hygienic way possible and I hope that is as reassuring to you as it is to us. 😊
