Sometimes it's nice to step away from the everyday bakes and create something a little different 🎂✨

This birthday cake left the bakery yesterday, I was so pleased with how it turned out! It had 3 layers of 8" chocolate cake, filled and decorated with whipped dark chocolate ganache and topped with chunks of milk chocolate Toblerone - chocolate heaven! 🍫 🤎

With this one complete, it's back to baking brownies, cookies and traybakes for the week ahead. There are some lucky teachers getting treats this week!! 🫶

What a day! 🧡

Yesterday we attended our very first farmers market at The Queens Hall in Narberth and we couldn't have asked for a better start!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, made a purchase, shared kind words, or simply came over for a chat. Seeing so many people enjoy our handmade bakes made all the late nights and preparation worthwhile.

It was lovely to meet local producers and be part of such a welcoming community event. We're incredibly grateful for all the support shown to Baked & Boxed and are already looking forward to the next one!
