A little behind the scenes at Baked & Boxed 🤍🍓

This week, I've been working on a classic Victoria sponge for our letterbox cake range — soft vanilla sponge, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

Lots of testing, tweaking and tasting goes into getting a new product just right and I'm loving seeing these little slices come together!

Freshly baked in our Narberth bakery, this one was made for a local café BOCS Music Bar

Something new has been baking at Baked & Boxed... 🍪🤎

Meet my new Triple Chocolate Cookies — rich, chocolatey and packed with milk and white chocolate chunks.

These are still in the testing stage, but after this batch I'm pretty sure they deserve a place in the Baked & Boxed line-up. 👀

Sometimes it's nice to step away from the everyday bakes and create something a little different 🎂✨

This birthday cake left the bakery yesterday, I was so pleased with how it turned out! It had 3 layers of 8" chocolate cake, filled and decorated with whipped dark chocolate ganache and topped with chunks of milk chocolate Toblerone - chocolate heaven! 🍫 🤎

With this one complete, it's back to baking brownies, cookies and traybakes for the week ahead. There are some lucky teachers getting treats this week!! 🫶
