A little proud baker moment today… 🍰✨
Today I created this stunning 4-tier wedding cake, and it’s every bit as beautiful as it is delicious. From the elegant design to the flawless finish, this cake was made to be the centrepiece of a very special day. 💍🤍
Each tier brings its own delicious surprise: zesty lemon sponge with silky lemon curd filling 🍋, indulgent Lotus Biscoff goodness 🤎, classic vanilla sponge layered with sweet jam 🍓, and rich chocolate 🍫
The height, the detail, flower, the smooth finish, and the balance of flavours make this cake truly unforgettable. Seeing it all come together was incredibly rewarding!
