I don’t know about you but I’m not inclined to move much in this heat. 🥵🥵🥵

No markets this weekend (which I’m grateful for) so making the most of being able to catch up on our blog writing and next YouTube video. (Yes we are now YouTubers having released our first ever video of our first trip to Norway (our channel is 2ontourexplore)

I’ve moved off the settee a couple of times:

To cut some flowers
To water the houseplants
To make lunch
To adjust the fan 🤣

After our travels to the Vegan Festivals we always stay over and find a small business for breakfast.

Today we discovered Foragers’ Kitchen in the heart of Nottingham. There was on street parking ( being on a Sunday helps) and a short walk into a little area full of cafes and small shops.

Foragers’ Kitchen is a deli mainly with a small number of light bites or takeaway items. You rent a coffee cup so you can have free refills (£3) and sit alfresco to eat.

The food was really tasty so if you are in the area and want a light bite or deli orders give it a go

Mediterranean style quiche on our menu tomorrow at the Cambridge Vegan Festival just one of the many options for you to choose from 👏

Fully loaded white chocolate chip cookie with caramel and chocolate cornflakes. This is the size of 2!

Decadent pistachio and white chocolate stuffed cookie. Crispy on the outside gooey in the middle 👌

Now this is a favourite as it’s filled with our homemade lemon curd which you honestly can beat

A perfect combination of rich chocolate with a caramel crunch

Now this is a winner 🏅 a perfect cheese and smoked tofu combo. Tastes like cheese and bacon but no fake meat in sight. I could eat a full one 😋

Vanilla and jam slices. The creamiest vanilla custard with a hint of strawberry jam with the best bit the icing. I used to save this til last 😂

Bloody lovely these! That’s what you said 🤗

3 pasties to choose from: The Perfect, The Katsu, The C&O all delicious we could live on these

Chip Shop Style Pudding - if you’ve not tried it you don’t know what you’re missing. Memories rule

This Saturday we are at the Cambridge Vegan Festival

Our selection is seriously huge including our new Cheese & Onion pasties, cheese and smoked tofu quiche, our various stuffed and decorated cookies plus all our regular goodies.

Can’t wait to see everyone it’s going to be great as we’ve already had lots of interest 👏🥰🌿

OMG this is so tasty I’m now thinking this is better than our Mediterranean style quiche and that’s saying something!

This is a cheese and smoked tofu masterpiece and guess what we have a gluten free option too. I could literally eat the whole thing

Get yours tomo at the Northwich Music Festival as I seriously don’t think there will be any left by Sunday. We are in our usual spot on Witton St 10-6pm

What do crisp pastry and a rich cheese and onion filling have in common?

Just the best homemade cheese and onion pasty you could wish for!

Our pasties have consistently been our best sellers over the last 5 years and often described as ‘perfect’ ‘wish I’d bought more’ ‘huge’ ‘great value’ ‘nutritional’

As many vegans will tell you trying to get vegan cheese to behave like dairy isn’t easy as vegan offers are often bland and gloopy (I’m not talking vegan artisan cheese here as they are delicious but supermarket options). However, 4 years ago we created THE most tasty cheese onion leek & potato slice which customers come back to us for time and time again. Using this knowledge we’ve now created our cheese & onion pasty and we are sure you’re going to love it as much as we do.

These are the same size as our other pasties and If the size of our pasties puts you off (they are still £5) then honestly cut them in half and make 2 meals out of them

No compromise on ingredients or quality just pure taste
