Gateux-Regal is a traditional French patisserie using the finest ingredients. The bakery was founded in 1990 by Mr Jean-Luc Laot, formerly from Brittany, France, who has now been living in Inverness,Scotland for the past 24 years. The premises are centrally based within the seaside town of Nairn from where the exquisite baking can be enjoyed throughout the Highlands.
