Grown in the Highlands, roasted right here by Inverness Coffee Roasting Co. Rich, full-bodied, and just as good in a cafetiere as it is in an espresso.

Available ground or as whole beans, plus Central American Decaf for anyone cutting back on caffeine without cutting back on flavour.

Our Moroccan Hummus Open Sourdough is a firm favourite on the menu.

Spiced hummus, roasted spiced carrots, crumbled feta, and wild rocket, piled high on toasted sourdough. Served with a side of slaw and salad.

Toasted sourdough loaded with miso butternut squash and oyster mushrooms, topped with two poached eggs, a toasted sesame crumb, peashoots, and a sticky miso glaze.

Veggie as standard, and easily made vegan too.

Say hello to our Spicy Korean Tuna Melt. Sourdough griddled until golden, loaded with tuna, kimchi and spring onions, then finished with proper melted cheese. A bit of comfort, a bit of kick, and a whole lot of flavour in every bite.
