With most cakes, I know exactly how they are going to turn out from the get go, but this cake was a real trust the process moment and I really did love the result so much!

I just wanted to drop you an email to say a huge thank-you for our wedding cake, there are no words to describe accurately how beautiful it was. It was everything we wanted and more. It was so gorgeous my parents thought it wasnt real!

Not only did it look incredible it tasted incredible. Our guests said that it was the best carrot cake they have ever had and the top layer went that night. We froze what was left of the eton mess (which was just as yummy) and even defrosted it tastes exactly like it did on the day, fresh and super soft. Your talent for cake making is incredible and I can’t explain how we felt when we saw the cake for the first time.

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for our incredible cake and dessert table. Honestly I don’t think I can put into words how amazing it all was and every single one of our guests said and still saying how delicious everything was. Guests took things home and were going on about them for days. Our wedding cake was just perfection. It looked so beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. You hit the brief we gave you so well and it was too nice to want to cut haha. Also tasted delicious!
