*Important Announcement*
I'm sorry to say that as from the end of February 2023. I will no longer be making celebration cakes. All orders pencilled in after this date will be cancelled and I will not be accepting any new bookings.
I made my first cake over 30 years ago and it has been a privilege to of been asked to bring some amazing ideas to cake life and entrusted to design cakes for the most special of occasions. I have met some fabulous people..many of which have become amazing friends and for that I am truly thankful. But it's now time to hang up my apron..🥲.and move on to new adventures.
Thank you all for being part of my cake story. 🎂 😘😘💕

I've had a little break from FB as I have been very busy with corporate work..But I have still been caking...From cupcakes for the team to gluten free cakes for party princesses and my current favourite a Persian Palace.. Love the variety of cakes I get asked to make.

That's it...Apron is hung up...the mixer is off and The Stand Bake kitchen is now closed for the festive period..Reopening on the 4th Jan..
I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you that has supported me this year. Be it through a box of cupcakes, a printed topper or a birthday or wedding cake. This has been my toughest year ever...through the massive rise in the cost of ingredients added to the huge costs of energy..I have often felt like sticking my head in the oven along with a cake...Then I realise I can't afford it 🤣🤣. But your chats on collections, your messages of support..your lovely thank you letters and photos of you enjoying your bakes are what have kept me going. 🥰
So Merry Christmas to you all. Have a wonderful time with those you love, Eat drink and be merry and fingers crossed that 2023 is a brighter one.🤞🥂

Today we made Christmas Cake light up fairy houses...As usual a lovely bunch of ladies and all created unique and amazing end products. A lovely way to spend a chilly day...Workshop fire lite, Christmas tunes on the radio and happily lost in our own fairy Christmas worlds...with a little bit of tea and cake to keep us going.....perfect

That's it...the last of my fresh Christmas Wreaths are made and will be on the gate or in the black box outside the workshop (6 Cowslip Close, Mulbarton) tomorrow morning. So pop along and grab yours before they sell out..If I am not here in there are envelopes in the box for you to pop the money through the letterbox...Trusting soul that I am 🤪🥰No holding I'm afraid.. they sell out too quick😀

So I have returned to an empty wreath display🥰. Thank you to everyone who has purchased one today....I have to take the boychild to his football christmas party tonight..So No wreaths tomorrow I will make some more on Wednesday ready for sale Thursday 🤪

Sorry I've been a bit quiet but it's a super busy time of year.

Fresh Christmas Wreaths are now on sale outside the workshop.. From traditional to fruit covered and even ones for the Dog lovers. Prices range from £5 to £10. Just pop along and select your wreath. Some are on the gate...and there is more inside the big black box..(If I'm not here then money can just be posted through the letterbox) I trust you😜

AVAILABILITY
I am turning lots of people away again I'm afraid. Which I hate doing 😒 But I can't stress how important it is to reserve a date early. I do get very booked up.
I am now FULLY booked for 2022 and have only have a couple of spaces left at the end of Jan 2023.
Feb 2023 and August 2023 are already Fully booked.
I only take a small deposit to reserve a date and designs/ flavours etc can all be sorted out closer to the event date.

And then bubbles, stitch and diamonds..was the brief for the next..Loved making this..It's going down one of my most favourites 🥰
