Windmill Cottage Cakes We bake the most irresistible brownies, cakes, cupcakes and muffins – all of which are gluten free and handmade in the Shropshire countryside.

All too often Gluten Free comes a very poor second to its Gluten Full equivalent. Having baked as far back as I can remember for family and friends, I set myself a challenge to cater for the Gluten Free among us. Starting as a hobby, the positive feedback encouraged me to begin selling Brownies and Cup Cakes at our local Farmers’ Markets and nearby Delis. I quickly realised how popular they were g

oing to be and after many requests am now preparing to sell them online. So for whatever reason you’re avoiding gluten, these Deliciously Squidgy Brownies are for you and rest assured, you won’t be disappointed…
