Where three nations meet in one beautiful celebration. ❤️🏔️

We had the absolute honor of delivering this bespoke creation to the iconic King’s House Hotel in the heart of Glencoe. This cake tells a story in every brushstroke:

🌹 Roses for the English bride.
🌼 Daffodils for the Welsh groom.
💜 Thistles for the rugged, magnificent Scottish Highlands where they said “I do.”

Finished with hand-torn wafer paper mountains to mimic the raw, dramatic ridges of Glencoe against a crisp white fondant.

As an extra bit of Highland magic, I even got to meet some of the local stags in the wild while making the delivery! 🦌✨ A true labor of love for Mr. & Mrs. Manley.

Taking a trip to the Magic Kingdom with this 3-tier hand-painted masterpiece. From Mickey and Minnie to the whole gang, every detail was crafted to bring the Disney magic to life. Happy Birthday, Noah! 🎈 #

Pricing Update for 2026

Starting March 9th, my custom cake pricing will be updated.

My new minimums will be:
• Custom celebration cakes: £100
• Wedding cakes: £425

This change allows me to maintain my high standards, protect my time, and continue designing cakes with the level of care your special occasions deserve.

Secure current pricing:
To book at my current rates, please submit your inquiry and pay your deposit by Sunday, March 8th. After this date, all new quotes will reflect the updated minimums.

✨ Throwback to 2019 ✨

I had the most wonderful client who wanted to do something different… no florals, no fuss, just strong, simple lines.

This design was inspired by a cake I had on show at the Scottish Wedding Show, and at the time it felt bold and a little ahead of its moment. The sleek wafer paper wrapped around each tier created movement and height without a single traditional embellishment.

Set against the incredible opulence of Mount Stewart, the contrast was everything. Modern and minimal standing tall in the most ornate surroundings it really did hold its own.

Seven years on, it still feels relevant. 🤍

Forty & fabulous, with a side of afternoon tea 🫖🌸

This cake was made for a true tea lover, featuring a fully edible sugar teacup and teapot, each one hand-painted with delicate florals. Finished with sweet little jam-and-cream scone detail and soft blush blossoms for the prettiest 40th celebration.

All handcrafted. All edible. All made with love 🤍✨

She rises like wind…

Inspired by bridal couture and the wild Scottish air, this piece captures movement - soft, sculptural and full of flow.

Layered wafer paper and rice paper techniques create that swirling, weightless texture. She’s still a work in progress… I had plans to add delicate hand painting, but I’ll see how she settles within my couture collection before deciding.

Inspired by snowdrops, the first promise of spring.
Smooth, minimal tiers hold a sense of stillness, broken only by a single moment of texture and movement.

Hand-curved wafer paper gathers at the centre, echoing new growth — delicate, patient, quietly strong. Nothing rushed. Nothing unnecessary. Just form, contrast, and the beauty of beginnings.

This is the second of my couture cakes. More was planned, but restraint felt right.
Less, this time, meant more.
