All baked by me at home using traditional recipes, & fresh ingredients. All my cakes are lovingly and painstakingly hand decorated to create a beautiful cake which is as important to me as it is to you

. I have loved and enjoyed baking since being taught by my Mum as a child. I used to bake when my boys were young. One of my sons told me he used sell my cakes at school ( I found this out years later) as all the other kids had shop bought cakes and he realised they would pay him for a homemade cake. Cheeky monkey! I can offer a range of cookies, scones, & traditional rich fruit cakes. When the time comes I can offer you and Amazingly rich and moist Christmas cake. Made by a recipe handed down to me. But please bear in mind these need to be made in October & November for them to be fed regularly with Brandy or Rum to give the optimum taste. Cake makes us happy!
