“You’re gonna need a bigger cake…” 🦈🌊

This Jaws-themed cake was secretly organised by Rachel’s husband to celebrate her 40th birthday—with her all-time favourite movie providing the perfect theme!

Complete with shark warnings, Amity Island signs and, of course, Jaws himself rising from the water! 🦈

Happy 40th birthday, Rachel! I hope you had the most amazing celebration 🩵

A very special surprise cake for Claire’s 50th birthday! 🏃‍♀️🏅🩷

Organised by her sister, the cake was designed around Claire’s love of running and even features her own race bib from the Manchester Marathon, which she completed earlier this year—amazing! 👏

Alongside the handmade fondant medal, the cake was wrapped in an edible print inspired by a pair of Sweaty Betty leggings…because apparently Claire is very much a Sweaty Betty girl! 😂🩷

Such a fun, personal cake to create. I hope you had a wonderful 50th birthday, Claire! 🎂✨

🤎 Coffee & Walnut 🤎

One of those classic flavours that never goes out of style… ☕️🌰

Three layers of soft coffee and walnut sponge filled and covered with silky coffee buttercream, finished with toasted walnuts and a simple buttercream border.

Sometimes the simplest designs let the flavour do all the talking. 🤍

🩵Wishing the loveliest lady a very Happy Birthday!

It feels so lovely to be back creating celebration cakes again, and this one was a joy to make. Hand-painted bumblebees, soft blue buttercream, gold butterflies and a sunflower… such a beautiful combination. 🐝🌻✨

Hello August… and hello again! 💗

After taking a little time away to focus on my health, I’m so happy to be back doing what I love.

My diary is now open, and I’m looking forward to creating lots more celebration cakes over the coming months.

A little update from me 💛

I’ll be taking a short break over the next couple of months to focus on some health matters and upcoming commitments.

My diary is now closed for May and June, with bookings reopening from July onwards ✨

I’ll be posting a little less during this time, but will still share some previous bakes here and there.
